Think it depends who you speak to, as I ordered 6 boxes and I've been told to keep mine. 12 boxes for £9.15 - bargain lol :rotfl:

I also received the smaller 230g boxes so called on the 01 number someone helpfully posted earlier. When I explained I'd received the wrong items she said 'is it the spring collection by any chance' lol! They are sending out four of the correct ones to arrive tomorrow and I can keep these four (which are still very nice boxes of chocs) for the inconvenience - I can't believe it! EIGHT boxes of Thorntons chocs for under £7!! Very pleased!

I'm very impressed with them.

Called yesterday at 3pm, was told I could keep the 4 wrong boxes they sent. Received the correct 4 boxes this morning.

I also received the smaller boxes, rang the 017 number just before 6pm last night, and they're sending me another 6 boxes for delivery tomorrow and i get to keep the 6 boxes i have so 12 boxes for less than £10 !!!
The lady on the phone was very helpful and said i bet i know what you're ringing about .. and sorted it out for me very quickly. very pleased indeed.

Managed to phone them at 5pm yesterday and they said they would send the correct boxes within the next 3-5 days. Very impressed, as I received them today, so now I have 8 boxes of chocolates for less than £7. Very good deal and thanks OP and everyone who posted and helped with phone numbers and their experience. I hope everyone can get their correct ones and also keep the wrong boxes. :j

I've been following this thread and bought 6 boxes of spring collection. Like many of you, I received the wrong boxes yesterday, rang them and they said those boxes would be collected the next day , i.e. today, and the new ones delivered. When a courier came to collect the boxes I refused the collection as I had not received the right chocs yet. I rang CS straight after and they said that now I can keep my 6 boxes of the wrong chocs and they'll make sure the right ones will be sent out today.
