got mine but wrong ones!! they sent me summer collection 230g rang up and they are sending out replacements and collecting the wrong ones so no free choccies for me. i've waited since 13th june for these so won't hold my breath for the next delivery. god i know we got a bargain but don't think it was worth all the hassle. teachers pressies sorted if they arrive in time lol.

Yes I did. My order was deleivered this morning. 6 x boxes.

Well, only 4 left now, one of my sons has just taken 2 home.

Sorry to hear that so many of you have the wrong order, I wonder if they ran out and just substituted and hoped for the best?

i'm afraid I ranted but politely;)

phoned back about 5.30 and told a lovely CS lady how I had rang before, then emailed- no reply and that -my "friends" had been allowed to keep their choccys for the inconvenience.

She apologised and said initially they were just offering this ad hoc as they had not been told what to do but later in day had received instructions that any orders 4 boxes or less could keep their original order , any more than this had to go back. She said sorry and I could keep mine after all!:T:T:T

Me too!!!:( Mine arrived about half an hour ago and they are the wrong ones!! Only ordered 2 and I have been waiting for them so that I could put one in a parcel for my M-in-law with a few other bits and pieces. Guess I'll just have to try ringing in the morning before I go to work!

I got the wrong ones too, called them up and they said they had a lot of probles with mobile orders getting the wrong chocs, said they would send correct ones out today and I can keep the 2 I received 4 boxes of Thorntons for £4 - Bargain!!
