I got sent the wrong chocolates and phoned thorntons this morning. They are sending out 4 boxes of the ones i ordered tomorrow.

I rang 0845 121 1911.

Been into my local store (luckily only 15 minutes by car) and they exchanged them no problem,finally got my 6 spring collection chocolates

Just had mine and they`r the wrong ones too! Cant be bothered to change them, one good thing though is they dont say spring on the box which is a bit of a giveaway that they were cheep if you give them as a pressi! I`ll prob end up eating them myself anyway:D

Just got off the phone to them, they are resending out the correct chocolates and I can keep the wrong type ones for the inconvenience. Am now a happy bunny.

I got the wrong ones as well and they have said they will send correct ones and i keep these for my trouble. She was trying desperately to get me to go and exchange them but i have a perfect excuse as they closed my thorntons down about 3 wks ago :-)
