If they send me those, they will be having them back. They arent even all milk chocolate!!

And they are a smaller box!! Cheeky so and so's Get them to send you a couple of extra ones as compensation, Thorntons are generally quite good like that. My sister got lots of chocolate sent to her when her easter hamper arrived all smashed.

    Received these http://www.thorntons.co.uk/p/ChocolateCollections_SummerCollection/8910.html

    Ordered these http://www.thorntons.co.uk/p/Fathers_Day_BOGOF/60038.html

the ones you got were a lot cheaper and less chocolates than the other ones so yes its cheap for 6 boxes but its still not what you ordered. if these were presents i would complain as the recipients will be getting less chocolates! in my world this is a sin, every chocolate paid for should be received!! :rotfl:

    theres a whole 101 grams missing! :shocked::shocked:

    OH nooooooo
I got those too -delivery waiting when I got to work, and I was soooo excited as well.

I hate dark chocolate and the box is definitely much smaller than the spring collection ones, not a happy bunny here
anyone any advice on who I should contact to complain???

I rang them on 01773 52 64 44 they said I can walk into the store and exchange them for the 6 I actually ordered,so swap 6 for 6,they said to take the email confirmation if I had it but shouldn't be a problem exchanging them without it

LOL. After reading todays messages I checked my status, and found the following:-

    Date Time Status

    22/06/2011 09:56 Delivered to Porch
    22/06/2011 07:22 Courier Received
22/06/2011 03:29 Out For Delivery To Courier
21/06/2011 15:41 Hub Sorter Receipt Scan
    20/06/2011 23:31 Order Generated

They had been sitting in my porch for the past 10 mins, they never even rang the bell. :rotfl:

But they are what I ordered, in perfect condition, so I am more than happy. Thanks again to OP

Thats pretty poor - I'd call them and see what they are going to to. Thats the whole point of delivery, it saves you having to travel to a store!!
