I had a despatch email this morning but my heart sank when I realised they were being delivered by Hermes. Goodness knows what state they'll be in when they get here if they even arrive at all, if past experience with Hermes is anything to go by.

I know what you mean about hermes but i wouldnt worry about the tracking yet. they also delivered my tesco's order but i had to wait 24 hours before i could use the tracking details- as stated in an email from tescos. i have a feeling tracking will work tomorrow

Hi has anyone had a delivery who ordered on th 13th or earlier i'm still waiting! rang on sunday and was told they would be delivered today(tuesday) yeah right won't hold my breath it's nearly 5pm now lol, thorntons are usually quick with delivery wonder what's gone wrong this time. just thought this is the first time i have ordered on the mobile site so maybe they take longer.

I am still waiting for my delivery which was expected today. x

hi ordered my chocs tuesday, got dispatch email yesterday, fortunaly came royal mail so arrived 9am today

when did you order fleur? my order should have been delivered on the 17th:( now they say today 21st don't think they know themselves:eek:

I ordered on the mobile site on Tues 14th and the order was supposed to come with hermes but when i click on the link on the dispatch email it just says order generated so i called thorntons and was told it would be delivered today but still no parcel x

just rang them again and apparently they are experiencing delays (no kidding) i had a dispatch email yesterday aswell but today i was told that she cannot tell me when they will be delivered just that they will eventually and they will be comming via hermes!!! so god knows when they will come probably tomorrow when i'm out and they'll leave the parcel in the garden to melt or get nicked!
