Stephie's 100 Strokes of the Brush before Bed

Hi and welcome to my new shiney diary where I will document my lifes highs and lows for the next few months as I become debt free - oh won't it be lovely!!

A bit about me:
I'm Stephie, 22, from the south coast (best part of the UK ;)) I graduated last year and hated every second of uni, but I have my degree now so all is good!! I live with my boyfriend and our little naughty kitten who is hilarious!

Each post will state:
  • Current debt:
  • Current amount paid off:
  • Current weight: (because I have some to lose!)
  • Current onepoll balance:
  • Current eBay total:
Plus all my stuff on my signature!

I warn you now there will be ramblings and rants as I get confused easily...
Life is too short not to love what you do.

So today is the day I sort my credit file out - o2 is showing that I am in 5 month worth of arrears - when I talk to o2 they say there shouldn't be anything showing as in arrears as I'm all up to date - hmmmm (I secretly know I probably have some arrears but I just want it to say satisfied!) so I am waiting for a response from Equifax now to get intouch and change my report!! Argh! Nothing's easy is it?!

So I have made some pennies with eBay this weekend and what ever's left after postage is going on the credit card - I know that it has less interest than my overdraft but I want to be out of the credit card by August - that's the plan anyway!!

So pleased you have started a diary. You have been an inspiration and support for me as I start my DFW journey so I'm looking forward to seeing how you get on.

I think the e-bay money going straight to the cc is a good idea, it's too easy to see it as treat money and spend it before even thinking about it.

    Hope you sort out equifax.

I'm 5'6" and I'm about an 18 at the moment as well! This time last year I was I think a 16, but on the lower end. I've piled it on recently but unfortunately not because I'm in love!!! That's very sweet of your OH though, it means he LOVES you and I think it's lovely! Better than him asking you to lose weight :rotfl:

I SO want to be your debt and fat busting buddy, yes please! And Sparkerly if she wants to be! Yay! :j

Right, I really have to go and do some work now, but will check in soon!

Take care my lovely, enjoy the rest of your day!!!

I am a horrid emotional eater though - I eat when I am happy, stressed, bored etc however if I am heartbroken it falls off!! Just don't like being heartbroken!!

Right then girlies - shall we make a little target for ourselves? I would like to be at least 2 stone lighter by my birthday in October - that's ages away but 4 months and the summer is here and my gym membership is being paid for a reason so it needs to be done!!!

Must get on with some work too - boss has just praised me on the fact our biggest client has mentioned all my hard work (tehehehe if only they knew!!)

    Muchos Love
