The Elite begging chain letter consists of:
Their made up silly invoice . Silly amount.(discounted by a silly amount)
A silly letter from them. Don't appeal.(very silly to do so).
A letter from Roxburghe. Silly made up amounts on top of previous silly amount.
2/3 letters from Graham White Solicitors :rotfl:Increasingly silly amounts and silly words.
They then all bottle it.:D
All very silly.0 -
UP !
No more yet from Mr Sobell - I expect a few more letters yet - angry and ANGRIER :-)
What a bunch of wasters ..............0 -

I just love the term "Silly letters" it takes all the sting outHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Graham White "solicitors" will also phone you constantly, practically daily, to try and make you pay up. DON'T engage with them at any level. Don't reply to their red bordered template letters, and do not under any circumstances try and reason with them over the phone.
Answer if you must, then leave the phone unattended until they give up - it's their call, their money, their time they are wasting.
I've been through this with Roxburgh / Graham White and everything previous posters have said is correct. They will give up eventually - just wait them out.Always remember, every cloud has a silver lining:rotfl:0 -
To deal with any phone pests, tell them you will look for the person they are asking for and put the phone next to some music and leave it 10 mins, then cut them off, do the same trick every time, trust me they will get sick and give up.
It is such fun...Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
well, the 4th letter arrived the other day - that's one from Roxburghe and three from Mr White.
Can't be arsed to write them any more objections, it's all a bit stupid really.
Standard letters, same old same old - nothing to hang their hat on, idle threats and angry letters.
Have they still got their CCL does anyone know ?0 -

Just to confirm I too am on the Roxburghe bandwaggon, I returned their first letter with the word VOID marked across the paper in marker pen and all future post will be returned to them unopened - "Scam rejected, return to sender" shall appear on the letter. This way, they have paid for my postage and packing. Once I identify the solicitor's address or the style of envelope, that too will join the rejects pile.0
