Roxburghe Private Parking Fine / Invoice etc...

They get all the details from the DVLA. Shocking, isn't it? Especially when you consider that the registered keeper is NOT responsible at all for alleged driver breach of contract/trespass.
All these threads came up when I searched this sub forum for Roxburghe phone calls, have you not told them to stop yet?

Read those threads and you will see lots of people were in your shoes and have just needed to knock the phone calls on the head by stating certain things about the debt being denied and the contact being harassment which must cease or you'll report it to the authorities and could also take legal action for compensation.
Also the top sticky thread on the forum has a link under one of the Roxburghe letter-chains, showing how to have fun with them if they phone.
So it's your choice whether to be firm with them to insist they cease and desist with the harassment, or have fun winding them up! Whatever you do you mustn't hide from those calls, and don't worry about them at all.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well, Graham White are now on the case .....
they're threatening to add some more on top if not paid and if then not paid, the gallows.
Seriously, they're threatening ( that's what they do I seem to observe) to take my wife to court and or send bailiffs round.
I need to keep these idiots at bay - may go to my own Solicitor.0 -

You have got that the wrong way round. They cannot "send bailiffs round" until the case goes to court (very unlikely) you lose (very, very unlikely) and then you don't pay whatever the judge orders within 28 days. Even they it won't be Graham White sending them around, but the court. This is such a remote possibility that it's not worth bothering about. Just keep ignoring and don't waste your money on a solicitor. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
It's actually a Notice of Intended Prosecution.
I know it's a load of rubbish ( to put it mildly) all this, but my wife is getting scared.
These people really are the scum of the earth.0 -
Notice of Intended Prosecution, from Graham White?
Or a "Notice of intended Litigation" which is their usual rubbish?0 -
Sorry 'Litigation' yes ooops ....
I'd happily accompany her to court with my Lawyer if it comes to it.0 -
They will continue to send letters I'm sure.
I will continue to fight them.
Yes, a CCJ ( they're threatening this if she doesn't pay) would be bad, but it takes a court to pass that, so these letter will get a wide birth until a) they stop or b) we go to court which isn't in Croydon.0
