no prearranged time off, work for a large company so there is always cover, am sure now maximum payment is £56 pounds per week for jury duty ( third of what i earn for weekend shift) so will be losing our on money if not working but prepared to do so in order to get a break,0

If you take the time off without your employer agreeing I suspect you may free up your weekends permanently.0

did you click on the link i have provided? it is recommended by hmcs that they do not work weekends if they do not have a break or jury service in 7 days, fail to see what you do not understand about this0
