Omg you have no idea how tempted I have been to do that :rotfl:

On another note I thought tonight was going to be the night OH was obsessed with going to our fav restaurant tonight for dinner and kept telling me to hurry up and was just acting very bizarre - but nope nothing! I am actually ok about it gave myself a talking to on the way there just in case, OH commented how quiet I was - if only he could've heard the conversation in my head :rotfl:

Argh just another sleepless night with lots of over thinking things! It's difficult for me to post on here properly at the moment as me and OH are both off uni for exams meaning its hard to find time when he won't see! But I read this every day from my phone. Will try to reply properly this evening so I can congratulate everybody properly x

Hope you are feeling a little better today. Thinking of you xx

    Hope you are ok Verandi?

Double Mummy - at least you know it's going to happen , fingers crossed for a proposal soon :)

OH admitted to speaking to his parents about us getting married so I guess that means it is going to happen, I have a feeling he is thinking about doing it properly while we are away (I could be wrong but that's my inkling).

It's 66 days till we go so I have more waiting to do

Very happily married on 10th April 2013 :D

It's more real when parents know! I always have a laugh with my parents about being kept waiting and then my dad always finishes the conversation by saying, well just bloody ask him yourself! He doesn't understand!

My immediate response here. (you'll want the sound turned on...)

How moneygrabbing, shallow, ostentatious and conceited!!! As if men don't have enough pressure on them to do a 'good' proposal, now they're being encouraged to effectively outsource it because they can't be trusted not to mess it up if they plan it themselves!

I just couldn't believe this comment:

It's all well and good to say these men should not be married if they cannot think of original and romantic ways to propose, the fact remains they DO propose, and they do it badly. Being proposed to is probably one of the single most exciting things that can happen to a girl. I personally would not care one iota how my partner made the decision to propose if it was heart stopping and spectacular, if I discovered he had sought and paid for help, I'd think it was very sweet and thoughtful he went to such lengths to get it right. My partner proposed on xmas day (engagement ring = xmas present 2 birds one stone) whilst I was covered in pork stuffing and had my hand up a turkeys backside, in front of the kids, romantic, NO. Do I wish he had paid to do something nice? YES.

Wow! I am speechless how ungrateful! I think it seems quite a sweet proposal, but hey would happy with anything haha.

A lady the other day was describing her proposal, her OH just looked at her across the living room and said 'I really love you, will you be my wife' so sweet. She said it was so much more romantic cause it caught her completely by surprise :D
