Oooh Sophie that sounds promising! Much more promising than mine lol off on holiday in about half hour (currently at airport waiting :j)
Mine had great opportunity today as he said he was popping into town to get some more currency when he came back he said he couldn't b bothered so he had gone to local supermarket to get it so it obviously didn't even enter his mind.
Thanks for the congrats I am 15 weeks. Xxx
Sophie ......... Have great trip away xDetermind to make a better life for ME and my children

Alright I've found it. It's from a shop i don't like much... i wish he didn't buy it from there. I wanted a good diamond, I'm not bothered about the size, it could be tiny but i wanted a clean&spotless stone... I can't open the box, it's got a ribbon on it and he would know
hope it's beautiful. What if it's hideous what am i going to do??? I'm seriously contemplating that yes
Is it possible he has bought a 'practise run' ring and let you choose your own?

I have to say (and im sorry for capslock) I AM REALLY HURT BY YOUR COMMENTS.I'VE BEEN NOTHING BUT SUPPORTIVE FOR YOU.
If you ever watched sex and the city you must have seen the episode carrie gets a hideous ring&hates it&changes it, that stuck with me alright? I hate carrie but that's not the point.
yes i am for real. And i wouldn't want my OH to pay ££££ for a ring that's actually worth £. So i am concerned about the price/quality ratio (that's what i do for a living) and the fact that whether my OH gets something good value and doesn't get ripped off (he knows absolutely nothing about jewellery) shoot me then? if you are on this forum you know the value of money, chances are you are a smart buyer, and most girls would want something decent or just a plain band.
and in my message i said that i don't care about the size. I'm not asking for a 0.50 carat, it can even be 0.15, instead of having a giant&crappy stone i said i would be happier with a tiny but clean stone. So which part of is so unreal? I'm going to (hopefully) wear that ring for the rest of my life every single day, even if it were hideous i couldn't change it because my OH would be tremendously upset. So i was nervous. Isn't everyone nervous about something?
I feel sorry for your OH.
You want him to propose. He goes out & buys you a ring to propose & you go snoopy (text removed by MSE Forum team) on a forum about where he bought it from.
That ring is a symbol of his commitment to you. It doesn't matter what it costs, it's the though & sentiment that counts.Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
