Hi,
I had a payment sent to me on 1st Feb, however it was paid into my old bank account which is closed.
I've updated my details a moment ago after realising this.
What happens now? Will the payment be rejected by my old bank and then returned to quidco to be paid to me again using my new account details?
Many thanks,
Luke.0 -
Good afternoon,
@Luke - Don't worry, when payments are sent to old or closed bank accounts, the payment is usually returned to us within 15 days time. We can then make the payment to you once it has been returned, on the next available payment run. If you contact the Quidcare Team they can certainly keep an eye on this for you, and come back to you as soon as we've received the payment back.
Many thanks,

Hi Quidco,
This is a new one for me - booked Premier Inn via Quidco and it hasn't tracked yet.
As I normally do, I tried to check the visit was recorded by doing an Cashback claim but stopping before submitting it - this normally shows the times Quidco have recorded when I visited.
Premier Inn shows in my dropdown list of retailers but when I click next, instead of the recorded times i get:-
"Unfortunately we are unable to investigate transactions for this merchant"
Any particular reason for this?

Good afternoon,
@ctdctd - I'm afraid Premier Inn do not accept cashback claims of any sort, as stated in their terms and conditions. I'm very sorry about that.
Many thanks,

Dear Quidco Company Representative
I signed up to Aviva for Home Insurance through Quidco in January - the pop-up on your site said it tracked, yet it hasn't shown in my account. I have raised a claim and would have hoped that it would at least now be showing as tracked - yet I have recieved an email saying that with this company they don't entertain queries for 100 days.
I appreciate that they are trying to protect against people taking out insurance, receiving the cashback then cancelling (hence the increase in validation over recent years), but surely they/you could confirm at least whether it has tracked correctly? At £65 cashback it will be infuriating if I wait 100 days and then they claim it didn't even track - all well and good for them after they have all my £260 premiums (paid up front!). Your site has and does show 100% tracked - I cannot see how that is possible as I had two transactions with them last month and neither tracked (different computers, two weeks apart) - people rely on these stats to make a purchase decision yet it appears from this thread that I and others have not experienced the 100% tracking.
I have had a lot of cashback from yourselves and others, and with Aviva I purchased immediately from the Quidco landing page on the Aviva site, therefore I know there isn't an issue with my browser/computer set up.
Many thanks

I bought Aviva Car insurance with a supposedly £70 cashback last September!!!!, and despite raising a claim, nothing is showing in my account, so if you did yours in January, you have a long wait. It's outrageous that Aviva take so long to validate a claim. This will be the last dealing I have with Quidco. It's back to TCB for me!0 -

why continue to promote premier inn if you can't track them as its such an easy get out clause. we booked a large family weekend away over £400 and went through quidco just the same as we always do with no problems elsewhere. guess what it hasn't tracked and quidco dont have a procedure to check. now maybe as we haven't taken the trip yet it may show up but from others experience it seems highly likely.
there is no mention on quidco that they can't track claims until after you try to raise a cashback claim. as a responsible firm quidco should at the very least inform you on the premier inn page that they cannot track claims. that would then give the consumer the option.
I bet quidco still get cash from our trip even though ours doesn't track. I'm very disappointed with quidco on this as it should be 5% back.0 -
I have posted this on another board but didn't get much response
I am looking to book a 7night hotel stay with thomsons but for some reason the website wont let me book for 7 nights at once, then I had a thought if I booked it in 7 different bookings would I get £15 back through quidco for each booking ? I would just email the hotel direct with my booking ref numbers and I am sure they would just give us the same room for 7 days (stayed at the hotel before and they are very helpfull )
Hope somebody can help not very clued up on quidco
Can't see anything on the terms and conditions0 -

It does show on the terms:
Terms & conditions- The cashback offered is for completed stays only, all cancelled or no-show bookings will be declined.
- Cashback for weekend bookings are applied on any stays starting on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night plus Bank Holidays
- Ths merchant does not accept any claims for untracked/declined or incorrectly tracked sales
- Members should only use voucher codes listed on Quidco. If you use voucher codes or gift vouchers that are not listed on Quidco your cashback may not track or be declined.
Cashback may only be paid on the net value excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery0 -

that refers to premier inn not accepting claims. it does not tell you that quidco cannot and will not be able to track or raise a cashback claim on your behalf. the first I knew quidco wouldn't be able to help was when I tried to raise a claim.0 -
Good morning,
I hope you've all had a good weekend.
@savcab – I do understand your concern, however we only receive the referral fee for your sale (which we then pass onto you as cashback) if the purchase tracks. We do also monitor the programme closely to ensure that everything is as it should be in regards to tracking, although it is worth noting that we never track any purchases ourselves (this is carried out by a third party affiliate network).
It is also stated in the terms and conditions that Premier Inn will not accept untracked claims, (whether the claim is being raised by us or by the member) as the user has posted above, they simply will not accept claims of any sort, unfortunately.
@jopsey – This shouldn’t be a problem, and you would be eligible for the £15 cashback on each separate booking. Do just be aware, though, that if you have to make any altercations to the order it could cause your cashback to be declined.
Many thanks,
