@smorie – That does sound a bit strange but we can check that out for you. Please use the contact form on our help page and select the following question:
“Why has my cashback tracked at the wrong amount?”
Kind regards,
Jules
Hi did that but its saying that there is no tracking of me having made a purchase, but i did, it arrived in the post yesterdayAbsolutely gutted and heartbroken0 -
I need to know if it is just me that has transactions tracked going back 11 months, yes I have transactions dated January that are still marked as 'tracked'. These transactions are not all with the same retailer but they are 'In store' transactions where I have paid for an item in store with my registered debit card.
The retailers are obviously notifying Quidco of the transaction or they wouldn't be tracked. These are not big amounts either, just a few pounds but that is not the point.
In May I asked Quidco why I had transactions between 5 and 7 months old aND they said :
'there is a slight delay with your cashback from in-store transactions due to their affiliate network being behind with their processing'
Still with transactions unconfirmed since January I contacted them again in October, asking why after 10 months I still haven't seen these transactions confirmed, I also mentioned that I would ask on here about it, they replied :
'"In-Store" cashback will always take a minimum of at least 6 to 8 months to become confirmed due to the complicated nature in which it tracks back from your payment card to us'
10 months I had been waiting, now 11 months not 6 to 8, do their staff not even read the emails? he also stated :
'We do use the Money Saving Expert website ourselves to answer questions and respond to good and bad feedback from our members.'
If that is the case lets see if they can be more honest with their public response than they are in private.
Is anyone else having similar problems? if not I want to know Quidco have decided not to pay me.0 -
I would like to thank Julie Wells at Quidco, she very swiftly fixed my issues and cleared up others.
Cheers

Good morning,
I hope you've all had a great weekend!
@Silk – I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble, and we aren’t aware of any issues with the Tesco links; transactions have been going through as normal. Can you clarify where you raised the issue with the Quidcare Team? All support tickets are responded to within 24 hours so I’m very sorry to hear that you didn’t receive a response.
Can you try adjusting the the following settings on your browser, as we find this usually helps:

@portchieboy – When clicking through to a retailer via Quidco, you are taken directly to the retailer’s own site, so I’m afraid any problems you experience on their site must be rectified by the retailer, and only the retailer. There isn’t much we can do in a situation like this unfortunately, as much as we’d like to help!
@smorie – Can you just clarify that your purchase has definitely tracked in, and whether it is the purchase amount that is incorrect or the cashback amount that is incorrect?
@Gregm – I’m sorry to hear that you’re still waiting for your cashback to come through for these purchases, however do be aware that Quidco will always pass the cashback onto you, as long as we receive it from the retailer, as this is how the cashback industry works. If we haven’t received a payment from a particular retailer then I’m afraid we can’t pass it on to you until we do, but we certainly aren’t complacent about delays and we work very hard on a daily basis to ensure we receive payments as quickly as possible.
@madcal87 – That’s good to hear! I shall pass on your thanks to Julie.
Kind regards,

Sorry but continuing to promote a retailer that doesn't pay on time is complacent.
If a customer doesn't pay on time you chase them, then after a reasonable time you restrict or shut their account until payment is received. Does Quidco not consider waiting 11 months for payment unreasonable?
If it was just one retailer I might believe you, the fact you're not paying out on transactions from multiple big retailers I feel you are a stringing me and probably others along.
If these retailers are not paying out, why are you still promoting them and offering cashback that is not being honoured? Maybe Quidco is desperate for their business?
I have asked Quidcare about my payments but they keep saying these delays are normal.0 -
Hi there - I took up the offer from T-mobile in June for what was the Samsung Galaxy but ended up with the Lg Optimus. A few days later my cashback was declined and I raised a claim. On the 13th October I received a ticket update saying -
We're delighted to tell you that your T-Mobile cashback claim has been approved and now we're just waiting for them to confirm your cashback. Once your cashback is confirmed and received by Quidco, we'll update your claim to "confirmed" status in your Activity Page.
I was just wondering how long this was likely to take please as it is taking quite a while. Thanks. If life gives you lemons, make lemonade.;)0 -

I raised the issue on your website firstly on the 29th last month ....Click to report broken link ..Click to refine ..Click to report here and fill the box in etc etc
I then received a quidcare support msg from Dominic on the 1st this month as if I'd been chasing a Jessops payment ??? I hadn't and noticed it was then confirmed on the 2nd ...what a coincidance :rotfl:
Meanwhile nothing else heard so chased again a day or so later following the same procedure on your website and checking this morning still no replyquidco_Company_Representative wrote: »Can you try adjusting the the following settings on your browser, as we find this usually helps:

Security level is already set to medium ...privacy is set to low and pop blocker is disabled ....I always delete cookies and history before I log onto Quidco as a matter of course.
Checked yet again this morning and still the same and yet choosing other random links is hit and miss .....eg. NCP opens no probs but Matalan is the same as Tesco and internet explorer doesn't open the page ????It's not just about the money0 -

I know of a *significant" retailer for whom Quidco is their largest source of new customers. So I am sure that any de-listing threat by Quidco would have an immediate impact on the speed of payments by the retailer.illegitimi non carborundum0 -
I took out the free 30 day trial with credit expert. It has not tracked anyone else had this problem0

both tracked now at 0,
my activity shows that it is now tracked at 0 spent and 0 cashback, whereas it had originally stated that it was £1.95 spent and £7 tracked cashback, some sort of deal you had with them at the time im guessing. Its just strange it said one thing and now its showing 0.Absolutely gutted and heartbroken0
