Good afternoon,
@jasonwatkins - This sounds like it may be a problem with your account, but the Quidcare Team can certainly help. Can I ask you to raise a support ticket via our Contact Form so they can check this for you.
Many thanks,

Thankyou Rosie, I've done just that - I did look for that particular support ticket part yesterday but couldn't find it.
It's a tad frustrating because i've had to raise tickets for every single transaction I've carried out through Quidco bar two - play.com for 12p and ebay for 9 whole pence.
I'm not moaning at you rosie because I think you do a sterling job, I'm just having a general moan0 -
I don't know if this has been asked but if you have bought something before signing up to quidco, can you claim cash back on it or not? xx0

No you can't as they need to track the purchase online.

Hi
I have around £80 to be returned to me from October 2011 from Aviva and there has been no progress on when I will receive this.
Will I see my return soon as his seems to be dragging on a bit
Thanks0 -

Me too. I bought a policy in Oct with a £70 cashback. It seems that they don't even look at it within three months, which is about now. Not happy with Quidco either!:mad:0 -
I have just been on the Quidco website to check my cashback, and, lo and behold, Aviva now take six months, before they even look at it. I probably will have renewed my poicy by the time they look at it. Outrageous. Bye Bye Quidco, hello TCB!:mad:0

Don't worry, I'm today at the 10-month anniversay on BidRivals and 888 without seeing a penny and getting the same scripted replies.......UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0

Quidco Company Representative, can we have your comments on these delays please?0

Good morning,
@jasonwatkins – not to worry, I hope we can get to the bottom of it for you!
@saintsdave – If you have had to raise a claim then Aviva Car Insurance do usually take around 6 months to confirm cashback in your account. This is because they have a 90 day validation period in which they will not look into any claims for us (this is 120 days for Home Insurance). If the purchase has tracked in naturally, however, it usually takes around 3 – 4 months to be confirmed.
@hansi – I’m not sure where you have found this information but do be assured this is not the case. Aviva Car Insurance still have a 90 day validation period before they investigate (120 days for Home Insurance), and in general they take around 6 months to confirm the cashback in your account. The validation periods are set out by the retailer rather than ourselves, so we do have to abide by these.
Many thanks,
