  • Hi,

I have £150 outstanding on Quidco from the Orange contract mobile scheme. I placed the order 30 Aug, the claim was declined late September and I raised a claim on the 11 Oct.

The website says that you'll "Let me know when you send it off to the retailer" suggesting that currently the ball is in Quidco's park. I understand that these things often take some time (and you can't control Orange's response time), but it'd be nice to know that at least Quidco's done their bit for me.

Is there any way I can get a more detailed update of the transaction?

    Thanks,

    Leo

    Good afternoon,

@Hurdler – I’ve not come across anyone with this problem before to be honest, I’d suggest just adding them anyway to see if this helps.

@arsenalboy – Generally cashback won’t be paid until we receive it from either the retailer or the network, so there can sometimes be delays. However, if your cashback is taking longer then the average payment times then we can certainly look into them for you. You simply need to raise a support ticket and the Quidcare Team will be happy to help.

@LeoR – We have had a bit of a problem with that particular email being sent off recently, so it may be the case that your claim has already been sent off. If you raise a support ticket we can certainly check this for you and advise you on the status of your claim.

Have a great new year everyone!

    Many thanks,

    Rosie

I'm really not keen to add UNRESOLVABLE addresses to a firewall rule - as (and I am an IT Architect in my day job)... that would suggest that if the site CANNOT be resolved, then any calls from those URLs would fail through my security exception settings.

With the exception of the tardiness in particular with expedia and iTunes, everything tracks (eventually, yawn) just by having a dedicated browser and clearing the cookies.

It's just this year in particular I have noticed a degradation in service at all levels.

If any other Quidco users are using Norton 360 (Vista Home Premium if that helps too), I'd be interested as to what additional measures they have taken?

    Hi Quidco Rep

What is happening with the outstanding High Street Web transactions from July and August 2011?

Are Speedo also affected as I have a transactions that is sitting from April 2011 and August 2011 which are still showing as tracked. I tried to open a support case but the confirm button took me back to the same page and would not let me open a case under the retailer.

Finally, showroomprive.com is another which has never moved from tracking since June 2011, when is an updated expected?
  • Any idea if there'll be a payment run tomorrow as it's the 1st ?.

Or will it be more likely to happen on the 3rd when everyone is back at work ?
  • Had a payment 1st Jan... and totally confused!

    Payment details show.

I too have had to email an enquriy to quidco about this payment just sent out, as I cant make sense of the figures, as if i recall correct the amount it told me would be in next payment was higher than what they got (£1.87). plus when i went into the payment details of what was included i cant get it to tally up. so i sent them this yesterday:

    Hello

i've received a message stating payment was made yesterday however, i beleive this is at the wrong amount.

the payments screen states the following was sent in this payment (£1.87)

However these total £4.72 but Ive only had £1.87 sent via bacs.

I looked incase some of these wouldve gone towards the £5 fee, however my anniversary date is July. So I took out all payments earned since july onwards in this list and totals £3.48

    Good afternoon,

Happy New Year from all of us at Quidco!

@Hurdler – The affiliate networks haven’t changed anything in the way that they track cashback, and we do monitor the programme to ensure that everything is as it should be. We have removed retailers for short periods of time if we notice an issue with their tracking. The websites do need to be added to the exceptions as browsers and internet security treat tracking cookies as harmful, and tracking cookies are required to ensure that your purchases track in.

@Poolie – Unfortunately all three retailers are behind at the moment due to a processing delay at the affiliate network, but our Administration Team are on the case. Have you tried raising a normal support ticket via our Contact Form? Just enter your question in the box shown and we can then certainly look into these further for you.

@jasonwatkins – The payment run has been completed, and payments should be hitting bank/Paypal accounts by around Thursday.

@andrea_louise – Don’t worry, there will be an explanation for it. If you raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team they will be able to look into this for you.

@anna42hmr – Although your anniversary date may be July, if you don’t have any cashback confirmed in July then the retention fee will not be taken until you do, so this could be an explanation. Also do note that if you have had a payment confirmed a day or so before the payment run, it may not have been paid as the payment run does begin processing a day or so early to ensure that payments are made on time.

    Many thanks,

    Rosie

So why is my account still showing a balance that will be sent "in the next payment run" ??.

I lifted the payment limit i'd set a few days beforehand and set it to zero, so it would be sent in the next run, but it doesn't appear to have happened.
