Dear quidco rep,
I bought talk talk package thru quidco. Cash back promised was £60....later that was showing as 50. A cppl of days later I was told that talk talk rejected my claim. I got an email from ur rep saving they will followup. Nothing happened so far.
I made a valid full purchase from talk talk. I can prove this. This was tracked in quidco. I dont know why I cannot get £60.
Can u help? I can pm you full details.

@Hurdler - I'm sorry for any confusion this may have caused. When you receive a decline reason on your claim, this reason will come from the affiliate network who have processed the claim, so it can be a little confusing on occasion. We're always happy to explain it, and look into it further for you.
Can I ask you to raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team by going to Help - Why has my cashback been declined? - Contact Quidcare Team. They can then investigate further.
Have a lovely Christmas everyone, from all of us here at Quidco!
Many thanks,
Rosie
I did - looks like someone is looking at it ... So we'll see what the Merchant comes Jo with as they appear to have 2 entries of differing amounts for the same day (minutes apart) but they appear to have declined both if them!
Away now so will have to put the list that someone put up a few posts ago somewhere in Norton to see of it makes any difference.- Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033

Overall I'm pretty happy with QuidCo for 2011, so thanks for that!
I'm waiting on some car insurance cashback (Aviva), and I got stiffed by MoreTh>n last year on another cashback site (so I deliberately didn't renew with them this year).0 -

@Hurdler – You wouldn’t need to disable your security software or anything of the sort. What can sometimes happen is your security software can block the access of the affiliate networks, who we use to track and process your cashback.
If you add the following websites to your security software exceptions, this should allow access for the networks to track your purchases:

I removed them in the end because I am not sure whether adding them is going to assist if they can't be resolved at all.
Has anyone else seen this? I am using Norton 360- Mortgage @ March 2008: £194,965 ; Lightbulb Moment: July 2011: £164,926; End Date: March 2033

Good afternoon,
I hope you've all had a lovely Christmas break, and are looking forward to the new year!
@Froggitt – I do understand your points, and we do indeed remove retailers if they do not pay us on time, however please do note that this delay is with the affiliate network and not the retailer. If we were to remove the network, then none of the transactions would be processed or paid, and we certainly don’t want that!
@hjd – I’m very sorry to hear that. We have recently introduced a new administration team to help speed up and chase up payments, so they can certainly look into this for you. Can you please raise another support ticket, or reply on the same support ticket and we can then pass this on for you.
@tupliz – I’m afraid I can’t accept PMs on here but I can certainly look into this for you. Can I ask you to raise a support ticket and put FAO Rosie at the top? I can then personally take a look into this for you.
Many thanks,

Of course you should remove the network from all future transactions if theyre not paying up.
I can assure you that Quidco is so important now that any retailers de-listed by this operation would put sufficient pressure on the network to cough up or would move to another network within seconds.illegitimi non carborundum0 -
Good morning,
@tulipz - No problem, I will keep an eye out for this for you.
@Froggitt - The affiliate network in question have recently had a complete reshuffle/new management, so the issue that has affected a lot of transactions this year has now been rectified, and we shouldn't see it happen again. However, it is just a case of them working through the huge back log and clearing the payments up. We have made a huge amount of progress from several months ago and there is still a way to go, but we're still working very hard on it. In regards to your second point, a lot of retailers have already changed networks since we became aware of this problem, however, any transactions that were completed whilst the retailer was on the old network will still be affected by their issue, unfortunately.
Many thanks,

Hmm answers to all except me? Please can someone advise whether my security software SHOULD be able to resolve the URLs above or does the error message not matter, and to add them anyway?

I have been very happy with Quidco over the last few years and have earned just over £1000 with 95% success rate.
However, over the last 3 months, whilst all my items have tracked none have been confirmed. This is over 20 items in total. This seems a very strange pattern because it is over a wide range of retailers.
Is anyone else having this problem?0
