the issues are NOT resolved as I have had a further confirmation that another transaction is payable yet this isn't showing in my payment amount. I also have three unanswered queries outstanding for over 24 hours (Premium member) unanswered, the premium live chat is still unavailable all in all not the best experience
Hi @skid112,
I can confirm the technical issues we were experiencing are resolved and the payment run today has gone ahead so any cashback you had previously requested has been sent today.
If you have cashback available for payment you can request this to be paid via your payments page.
Please be aware that confirmed cashback can now take 24 hours to show as available for payment from the time it was confirmed.
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards,

Yesterday I noticed £10 missing from my payments.
Waited on a call back to be informed quidco had taken themoney themselves for the premium account from 4 or 5 years ago which they hadn't taken then!
Can they do this without any notice? I didn't get any messages or emails about this.
It's only £10 but I feel robbed !!!
Will be making a formal complaint...
Just checked my records...I didn't earn a single penny from Quidco in those years! So how come they took the money???0 -
I have over £1 in confirmed cashback that should be ready to be paid, however cashback has been randomly disappearing from the 'your next payment' section so that I now have 17p showing there. It was 80 something earlier in the week before I had another 26p confirmed.
I haven't requested a payment for a few weeks now so it's not that.0 -

Kim see my post above. Same thing happened to me. There was nearly £11 ready for payment for me...but quidco took 3 amounts out totally £10 for two the 2 years they didn't collect £5.
The 2 years in question I didn't earn any money because I although joined quidco I wasn't using it!!!0 -

My cashback is still not showing as being payable either. Was changed to confirmed status earlier this week but can't actually get to the money (~ £120):mad:0

Cashback is showing correctly in my activity summary (under outstanding confirmed.)
I have the basic account and have been a member for less than a year. As I understood it, my account was fee free.0 -

MrsM's outstanding amount is now showing as payable :T
but ..... she has had an e-mail stating that due to an error they have debited her the premium retention and it will be refunded - they have not but hey, they don't seem to be able to get anything right at the moment0
