    I do apologise for the inconvenience this matter caused you.

    Unfortunately, this issue did take a little longer than first thought to resolve. Please be assured we have worked to fix this issue as quickly as we could as we know this was frustrating.

    The technical issue is now resolved and you should be able to see your available for payment amount displaying the correct amount now. If this is not the case please do contact our customer support team as they will need to look into this further for you.

    If you requested your payment last week this will be sent in the payment run tomorrow.

    I do hope this has reassured you and I apologise again for the frustrations this has caused you.

    Ahhh I was wondering what was wrong with Quidco. I was told money was ready to be paid but the main display says £0!! Hope they sort it soon.

    I have a tesco cashback which seems to have disappeared :(

    I am very sorry for any concern this issue has caused you, I can confirm the issue is now fixed so you should be able to see your confirmed cashback in the 'available for payment' section. If you cannot see the correct amount please do contact our support team so they can look into this.

    Yes my money is now payable but they have taken a retention fee which is kinda annoying as I dont have a premium account therefore couldnt use to live chat to get a problem resolved :o

    That is simply not true.

    I still cannot access my money and when I contacted support they said this:

    We are sincerely sorry for this delay as we can understand that this is frustrating, the tech team are currently still working on completing the payment system as this has caused some bugs on the system to develop which the tech team need to resolve before they can allow the payment system to be resumed, we are so sorry about this however they are working around the clock to ensure that this is completed as soon as possible

    How are you getting away with this? I simply cannot understand how a company can be this incompetent. I cannot imagine any other business that would do this.

    the issues are NOT resolved as I have had a further confirmation that another transaction is payable yet this isn't showing in my payment amount. I also have three unanswered queries outstanding for over 24 hours (Premium member) unanswered, the premium live chat is still unavailable all in all not the best experience

    If the retention fee has been taken from your account this will be the fee from a time when you did have a premium account or from the time when all accounts were subject to this fee.

    If your fee has been taken now, this is because it was not taken previously.

    The payment run Today did go ahead, and users are now able to request payment. You will see in your payment section if a payment is going to go ahead in the next available payment run.
