    I think this is terrible customer service, luring people in with offers and then when they don't work not doing anything about.

    Hi, will you be sorting Asda George payments out soon? I have three stretching back to February, March and April. They all show tracked but nothing else. If I click on info I just get retailer is taking longer than normal to pay!! Do I just wait or open cashback claims for each missing payment?

    Found the reply thank you. Reading the reviews for RAC I wont hold my breathe for my payment. I'm tempted to cancel the reviews are so bad.

    I submitted a claim and the actual purchase has now gone to confirmed "paid from our own funds to save you waiting" but no sign of the £10. When I click on the e-mail for the T&Cs it goes to
    We're really sorry, you're not eligible for this offer

    Can anyone tell me if the £10 cashback with your next purchase is available to everyone?

    I'd like to refer some people for my referral cashback, but if they can get the October £10 cashback offer as well, that will help convince them. ;)
