Can anyone tell me if the £10 cashback with your next purchase is available to everyone?

No. Quidco pulled the offer after a few days so it is no longer live.

I have a confirmed but not payable transaction as well. A pity they ditched the auto pay, means they will hold on to more money for longer as many people won't bother for small amounts.

I've had this problem too, it happened last week then seemed to sort itself out, now I've got a list of items that have been confirmed in the last few days but nothing 'payable'. I've sent a message to quidco in the Contact Us form, will see if they respond at all.

    Hi @molerat,

Please be assured that the recent changes to the payments method is a gradual step into a long term process which will be more efficient and beneficial in the near future.

Rest assured, we do not benefit from you leaving your cashback in your account. The aim of the change is to provide a more flexible way of managing your payments.

I hope this helps in clarifying matters.

    Kind Regards,
    Mwamba at Quidco.

    Hi @skid112,

We are aiming to restore all payment functionality before Thursday, so that all the cashback amounts reflect accurately on the site.

If you do need any further advice on this, please do contact our customer support team and we will be more than happy to help.

    Kind Regards,

I am furious with quidco. They are currently holding nearly £60 in cashback for me that I cannot access because they are "improving" the site. The improvement being that they keep your money and you don't.

Every day they claim they're trying to fix it and that it will be fixed "soon". Last Thursday I was told it would be the next day. Now, we're told it's going to be this coming Thursday.

Can you imagine the scandal if a bank said, "Sorry you can't access your money. We're improving things by making it impossible to get your money. We have no idea when you'll be able to get your money." They'd be fined millions.

Quidco is registered with the FSA. I feel a complaint coming on. They are either dishonest, or incompetent. Which is it?
  • Ahhh I was wondering what was wrong with Quidco. I was told money was ready to be paid but the main display says £0!! Hope they sort it soon.

I have a tesco cashback which seems to have disappeared :(
£15900 loan (including interest) over 3.5 years to pay off...can I do it sooner???

Only registered for making arrangements with a view to transacting General Insurance policies. No grounds for making a complaint to the FCA.

Whilst in agreement this is very shabby and poor for Quidco, they currently owe me over £100, with another £120 odd tracked, the lack of information coming from them is the worst thing. After this I wont be using them but will go back to TCB
