A week is less than 24 hours in Quidco time now is it ? None of mine or my family's confirmed cashback is showing payable. Good own goal Q, TCB must be rubbing there hands with glee over this cluster!!!! as the merkins would say !

    Hi @molerat,

Sorry for the confusion, moving forward confirmed cashback will take around 24 hours to show as available for payment from the time it was confirmed.

The technical issues we were experiencing did cause the available for payment amount to show as zero for a while, this issue is now fixed and your available for payment should have updated.

If it hasn't please do contact our customer support and ask your family to contact us too as our support team will be able to look into your accounts and provide further clarification.

    Kind Regards,

My cashback is still not showing as being payable either. Was changed to confirmed status earlier this week but can't actually get to the money (~ £120):mad:

    Hi @VUDU85,

I am sorry to hear this, due to the system update it may take a little while to catch up. Please be assured your available for payment should update very soon.

Cashback is showing correctly in my activity summary (under outstanding confirmed.)

I have the basic account and have been a member for less than a year. As I understood it, my account was fee free.

    Hi @Kim_13,

Your available for payment should show correctly now. We have fixed the technical issues and if you had a fee taken incorrectly this will have now been refunded back to you.

I hope this has reassured you.

Do the moderators read this thread? Are company representatives just allowed to lie on here and get away with it?

I still do not have the correct balance showing. I had an online chat with a customer service person on the website and he said that there continue to be ongoing problems with payment and that -- as they have been claiming for the last week -- they "hope" it will be resolved "soon".

I'm grateful for people who've recommended TopCashBack. I will certainly never trust Quidco again. I still don't understand how they're getting away with their lying and incompetence.

    Hi @molerat,

All retention fees have been refunded back to members accounts.

This will not show as a 'refund', the available for payment should have updated to the correct amount and you should see that no fee has been taken.

If you are experiencing an issue where you cannot see that this has happened please do contact our customer support and they will be able to check this for you.

Yesterday I noticed £10 missing from my payments.

Waited on a call back to be informed quidco had taken themoney themselves for the premium account from 4 or 5 years ago which they hadn't taken then!

Can they do this without any notice? I didn't get any messages or emails about this.

    It's only £10 but I feel robbed !!!

Will be making a formal complaint...

Just checked my records...I didn't earn a single penny from Quidco in those years! So how come they took the money???

    Hi @Harveys,

I am very sorry about this, this was an error and a misunderstanding. The fee will have been refunded back to your account now and you should have received an email explaining this.

I hope this has helped reassure you and I apologise again for the frustration this caused.

    Hi @wolfers,

I can assure you I am not lying to you, all issues have been resolved and your available for payment amount should be showing the correct amount. If you've had cashback confirmed recently this may be taking a little longer to catch up due to the payments system update.

If you are still experiencing issues I will need to look at your account to advise further, I cannot advise on the specific issues here as I do not have access to your account and we do not discuss personal accounts via this method.

If you would like me to personally look into your account and provide clarification on the matter please email me at members@quidco.com addressing the email to Amy.

I would really like to help clarify things for you and reassure you that all issues are fixed.

I had an e-mail from Quidco dated 15th October which said, "We're pleased to say the cashback from your purchase has now been confirmed and is ready to be paid."

When I go to the Activity page of the Quidco website it says, "Status Update | 15 October | We're delighted to tell you that your cashback has been confirmed, and is now available to be withdrawn from your Payments page."

It is today 23rd October and that cashback is still not showing as being available on the Payments page. I have today had an online chat with Customer Services and all they say is the same thing they've said for the last week: there are technical problems, they hope they will be resolved soon.

    That chat was today.

So what you're saying on here, and what the CS reps are saying online directly contradict each other.

And you can see from this thread that I'm not the only one.

And we're not talking about a trivial sum. We're talking about £55. I only bought the item in question because of this cashback. I would not have done so without that effective discount.

And this is why I'm so angry with Quidco.
