UPDATE to my previous ranty post:
I just had another online chat. Here's what they CS representative said:
I'm very sorry to hear you're having this issue with your payments. Please do not worry, we're currently updating our payment section on the site, and this has taken a little longer than we originally anticipated. We are currently working on resolving this and this should be back up and running for tomorrow
Yet Amy on this site is saying
all issues have been resolved and your available for payment amount should be showing the correct amount
You can see why I'm getting annoyed.0 -
Quidco reps-
I had cashback confirmed 2 days ago that is still not showing available to withdraw. When will be e available?
Thanks
Hi @mattguk,
Due to the system update it is taking a little while to catch up.
I recommend contacting our customer support team so they can double check your account.
Kind Regards,

Supposedly I was paid via Paypal on 16th, but I've never received anything and Quidco hasn't responded to my message enquiring about it. Anyone else having similar problems?*Insert interesting words here*0

Your available for payment should show correctly now. We have fixed the technical issues and if you had a fee taken incorrectly this will have now been refunded back to you.
I hope this has reassured you.
Kind Regards,
Amy at Quidco
It's now at 93p, so still 14p short going by the amount shown in my activity summary.0 -
Why is cashback taking so long to get to confirmed? Had Nationwide £75 pending since June. Friend applied in July through TopCashBack and already has their money, so blaming the retailer seems like an excuse.0

I think I've got a record there. The other day I got some Shoe Zone cashback confirmed... from December 2014!0

Cashback confirmed but missing from account, had a look at their twitter and loads of people in the same boat. Their Twitter rep is just stalling for time, looks like they don't know what's going on.
Will be using TopCashBack going forward, Quidco has got slower and slower over the past year. Was only still using Quidco becuse they did automatic payments, looks like that's been removed too.0 -

Came on to post exactly this. Have always been a massive Quidco fan and used them exclusively but will be voting with my feet and using TCB from now on.Moving on upSPC #382 ~ £40 banked

Have to say the same. It is taking an age and no reasoning behind their automatic payment system being scrapped. My last payment has still not been received. Going the way of RPoints I fear?0
