Was finally able to request the withdrawal, it said 5 working days for Paypal. Is that normal? I'd switched to Paypal thinking it would be quicker. Topcashback send Paypal within 24 hours.

Stopping auto payments is to keep funds from those who forget or can't be bothered claiming small amounts. Also drives up website traffic by forcing you to go to the website again to withdraw.

Yes, it arrived today. Hopefully they are back on top of the backlog.

Still got huge concerns over why they are taking money from years ago and why they stopped auto payments. I am moving over to Top Cashback as I have seen all this before with Rpoints

    Hi @jetsetwilly

I'm really happy to hear that you've received your payment.

I am sorry about the technical issues that we've experienced, we've been working hard to get them fixed and we have now seen an improvement.

Apologies about the retention fees being taken from years ago, this was part of the technical issues and these have been refunded.

We've stopped the automatic payments system as this is part of the improvements to the payments process and will make payments more efficient and beneficial for members in the future.

    Kind Regards

    Hi @cm7

We advise 5 workings days from the date that you request payments with Paypal as we only have 2 payment runs a week. One on a Monday and one on a Thursday, therefore it can take 5 working days from the date you request it.

Stopping automatic payments is part of the process to upgrade the payments system. In the future it will lead to a more efficient and beneficial payment process for our members.

    Kind Regards

  • I have just recieved an email to say that I have unlocked my £30 silver bonus as all 30 transactions have now confirmed. The email says that the £30 has been confirmed.

However according to my activity, the bonus is only tracked and is expected to pay out on 09/12/2015.

    Is that correct?

Quidco reps here keep telling people to contact customer services but I have contacted them and they just reply saying they will investigate.

I'm seriously starting to wonder if Quidco has cashflow problems.

Requested a payment on Friday and it was in my bank this morning. No e-mail or notification on my account. It just shows up on payments soon after requested.

Nothing received in Paypal today, didn't receive the withdrawal email but in Quidco account it looks like it has gone through. Has it not been sent?
  • Same as above, I have £259.17 sitting in my outstanding and confirmed but not sitting in tracked or payable? What's going on Quidco?
