Same receipt id I bought 2 then bought 4 one of the buy 3 will have qualified.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -

I'm glad to hear that you've now received your cashback.
Please be assured that as soon as the funds are transferred to us from the network, the affiliate who run the retailers cashback program, we mark this as confirmed in your account for payment.
We would never hold onto funds that are rightfully yours.

Somebody called Josh totally failed to answer my question on the system now I seem not to be able to respond to him, totally rubbish support! This is why I have largely jumped ship to IMutual getting money out of Quidco is always a fight these days.
The question is, if it is buy 3 get what ever did one of the purchases not get tracked as I bought 4. I can understand an automated system failing to pick this up but this is with human intervention.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -
Having a right game with Virgin media they declined my cashback claim and Quidco refuse to appeal it.
Ofcom have said Virgin media are mis selling their product by promising a incentive and not honoring it.
Really cba with cashback sites anymore way too much hassle.0 -
Uploaded two reciepts for clicksnap purchases (one yesterday, one today) both show as confirmed but no amount, is that normal? Don't want to raise query tickets if they take a day or two to add the money, thanks0

It can take up to 14 days for your clicksnap cashback to process, however from experience it does usually update sooner than this.
If this has not updated within the 14 days then please get in touch with customer service and they will be able to assist you further.

Quidco Company Representative.i have gone through with cancelling my contract with VM now, they tried the "you're in contract" route but i politely pointed out they didn't honor their offer of cashback so the contract is null and void and they agreed to cancel the contract and that i just pay for the partial month i've used and no more fees will be applied.
So it goes to show guys companies who don't honor the cashback are infact breaking the contract agreement aslong as you have done everything you're supposed to ofcourse.0
