    Hi.

Don't know if this is the correct thread to post my query but I've bought a pack of Birds Eye Inspirations Chargrill fish for £2 to take advantage of the Clicksnap try me free promo.

However, I've just checked my Tesco receipt and it just says "Fish £2.00"

Will I have problems getting the £2 cashback??

It should be fine, i've often had vague descriptions on receipts but have always received my cashback.

    Hi Speculator,

This will be fine and there shouldn't be any problems with us picking up this item from your receipt.

We do send out a confirmation email for ClickSnap receipts which you can double check on your end to make sure your awards have been allocated. If you do ever see anything missing, then just select the contact support link within this email and leave us a message.

We'll then have another look for you and get back in touch with our assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Kim

I am in the same position as many of the other posters with delays in cashback. I am a premium member, and have emailed on a number of occasions about this, and each time am simply being told that they are aware of the delay. One of the worst offenders is Sky, and I have been waiting for £100 cash back since February.
If Quidco are unable to enforce cashback agreements which they have with suppliers, should they not stop their contract with them?

I made a purchase via Quidco on 23 Jul which hasn't tracked. I just went to create a cashback claim but none of the tracking is showing up for the purchase date at all. Two other retailers I looked at aren't showing any tracking either. In fact I can't see any tracking at all for July and I'm pretty sure I clicked through the website a few times. Anyone else seeing that?

    Thanks, Mike

A month ago I went via a Quidco link for £75 cashback off a Direct Line home insurance policy. I took out the policy and received confirmation from Quidco that the claim has been tracked. Excellent I thought...

I have now just received a notification from Quidco to say that the cashback has been declined! No explanation has been given and when I try to raise a claim via Quidco I get a message saying that 'we are unable to investigate transactions for this merchant'. I've satisfied all the conditions (cookies etc.) and the policy has definitely gone through - I've paid for it!!

Very frustrating and pretty poor service. Why do Quidco deal with companies that they are unable to get feedback from when things go wrong? It seems like Direct Line just use the cashback offer to lure people into buying a policy.

Seems like a con to me!!

    I've been Money Tipped!
@happyhaggis, UK Insurance (Direct Line plus others) appear to be using affiliate marketing purely to gain sales with scant regard to actually paying.
Tcb members (myself included) have had a nightmare with Direct Line. I eventually received my cash, but I had to go to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
Put in a complaint to DL and state you believe you have been mis sold a financial product due to the non payment of affiliate marketing by DL and / or their agents. They have 8 weeks to pay up, or you can then contact the FOS and they will take on your case and charge DL (Uk Insurance) £550.
    http://www.directline.com/contact/complaints
    http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/contact/index.html
Good luck, but the big 2 cash back sites refuse to drop DL.
No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    Hi @Kayl,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing delays with your cashback.

I'm afraid I would need to be able to look into your account to investigate this further.

Please contact the support team and we will be happy to look into any delayed cashback for you.

    Kind regards,

    Brendan
