  • We have been more than happy with a fixed rate gas electricity up to now , But to-day instead of 79 pound, going from the Bank they had 83 pounds .
We had no record that this was going to happen reckon we will be changing in the next few months with the help of this site

Took the plunge and moved from 'OES12' to 'Capped rate until 2013 with no standing charge'. All done online via the portal.

Think I'll do the same. Let's hope we don't get charged £50.

I havent been a customer of SP for over 4 years, and to be fair they havent contacted me. But just past 3 weeks they have started to cold call me. I didnt give them the right to contact me after all these years, I am also member of TPS. Be warned SP dont respect your privacy

Proof my my call logs via truecall

When I emailed to complain they ask for my details no apology has been given, funny I got a English and I assume Spanish disclaimer in there reply asking for my details, obviously first email I sent them with my number wasn't sufficient

I don't think Scottish Power should be charging anyone to switch supplier or to a different tariff, that would be very very bad business and unethical, maybe unlawful with such a hike in place. They can't lock anyone onto a huge tariff and expect them to put up with them kind of hikes, unless the customer is rich.

Truecall rejects the call :D I have those two numbers blocked

Whisper asks the caller to say their name, then gives you the opportunity to accept the call, send the caller to answering machine or Zap them. If you turn off Whisper you can still filter your calls using Shield.

I am currently on a capped rate until end August 2011 (Sept 2011 deal) Can I change to another deal with SP without penalty?
