Errrrm it's Graham White isn't it? Try Googling or searching this board for his name*; they are just Roxburghe debt collectors using different headed notepaper and they are NOT going to take you to Court.

Oh, and edited to add: IT IS NOT A 'FINE'!

    * I Searched this sub forum for you, although this result will not last for long:

    'Graham White Roxburghe'

Happy reading while you continue to ignore the letters. Please read the sticky threads at the top of the forum as well:

You need to see the Watchdog video and look at the letter-chains. Your letters are on our info threads already (stickies at the top).

  • Thanks coupon-mad.

You're right about the name being Graham White. I was in a bit of a hurry when I posted this morning.

I'm going to ignore the letter, but still worried about going to court.

That's because you haven't read the linked results yet (nor watched the Watchdog clip I presume)? It will NOT go to Court.

  • I received a County Court Summons in the post this morning. Has anyone else had this happen? Can't find a post by anyone about this.
I've read the advice, but everyone seems so confident that this doesn't happen I'm not sure about following any more " advice".

Are you sure it's a summons and not a letter threatening to do that?
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

As everyone has posted, are you sure it is a County Court Summons?

If it is, as Vax2002 posted, please post up the case no and court.

If it is, and you are not trolling, then help will be given to help you with your case.

So you post on 22/09 that you received a threatening letter from a Solicitor ..which you have now confirmed is our old friend "graham White" .

And today you received a "Country Court Sumons" relating to the same ???

Er..excuse me if i say I DO NOT BELIEVE YOU ...

GW send a threat, then a final warning , then a final final warning ...even after the final final warning no way would they get their Court Claim to you in the time you have stated.
