Has someone checked that reference number to see if it's genuine and not made up?

"To all posting with such certainty that rabbit65 is a "troll" I can assure you that he/she is not".

So "rabbit65" is either their real name, or you have only ever issued one summons, or you have spent £25 to sue yourself to prove a point?

My vote is the latter if the claim was genuine!

I can think of a more apt expression.

Why on earth do these pathetic trolls persist in bothering to post their rubbish on here
  • As a PPC we have chosen to post so that motorists can discover that not every piece of advice is as qualified as some would lead you to believe.

Anyone reading this thread for the first time should take note that not a single person has responded with evidence to show that either: a) the aforementioned court case reference number was ficticious.
    b) the company decided to "summons itself".

The reason for this lack of response is because it is a genuine County Court Summons issued and paid by a motorist who received a parking charge from us.

We fully intend to post real evidence as a matter of course, in the hope that motorists can make a considered decision from both the tone and content posted on sites such as these.

Once again we stress that County Court action is taken as a last resort. We do not want people to end up with CCJ's or poor credit histories, but if our evidence is strong and a settlement has not been reached then we are more than prepared to issue a summons.

Was this a properly defended case -i.e. did the motorist attend court? Or was it just a judgement by default because the defendant did not bother to turn up or was unaware of the case?

You are being "economical with the truth" when you talk about bad credit records and CCJs. You should know that would only happen if the defendant loses the case and does not pay whatever the judge orders within 28 days. CCJs are not doled out automatically just because a case is lost.

They said earlier that the person paid up before it got to court. In other words, the person took fright at the bully boy tactics and caved in.

Strange how your website claims you have a 75% success rate at county court, yet you quote a case were someone took fright and paid up without a judgement?

Mind you if this one was paid before a hearing I suppose you could claim a 75% success rate!!!!
