I need money so I can decorate her new room and make our new flat as nice as possible for her. Having talked to a few people I have every right to that money..................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

So £5,000? I'm sure he'd probably hand it over if you asked just to get rid of you.Per Mare Per Terram0

5k and half his savings for my daughter, which the majority will go into a trust fund which I won't touch.

So you want ALL your savings AND half his?? And money out of the house. And maintainance. And childcare when it suits you:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Nope, its definately not about money, is it!
(Nope,I don't know why I'm bothering either- must be a slow day. I just can't help myself:D:D:D)0 -
He works full time how on earth can he manage her? She spends every day with me as I only works nights. Nothing would change for her apart from her bedroom a few nights a week. I will make sure he has as much time as he can with her.
If you work nights -do you not sleep during the day?
So you want your original £5k back AND half his savings to put in trust for your DD? If he is as caring as you say, then surely it is inevitable he would provide for her future without you having to 'safeguard' it?0 -
