Whats to say your husband wont fight for custody? If as you say you are not winding us all up as you say and your head is not in the right place at the moment will he want you to have your daughter? Hope you are not offended.

Leave then, and leave the child with her dad who is devoted to her. And your house is probably in negative equity now.

Despite what you think we were good for 3 years. He knows that these arguments are just to much for me and I just cant cope with him and the baby. I am good mother just not a good wife even though I try hard to be.
