I booked on the 1 March and mailed on 2 March. Had a quick response asking for the snapshot of the booking. Mailed them back yesterday and got a response 'it has been passed to head office' this moring. Not bad..

A word of caution if you are booking in Costa Blanca - Do check about the key collection as some of the apartments are privately owned, booked through Hotelbeds and handled by local agent. You may find that there is no one at the allocated apartment but in another building.
