You dont need to add a screen shot initially.Just fill the contact form in with your booking ref. Accom name +how much you paid. Provide the website address,price (remember to add on any booking /cc fees etc) of what you have seen it at. Make it easy for them- tell them the difference, double it and how much you expect back (only up to the value of the booking)
Heres an example - feel free to edit it to suit your own circumstances.

You only need screenshots if they cant find the quoted price,they maybe questioning the validity of the claim, in which case you can send them as attatchments using your normal email programme.
I might add, I have never had to do this, have never had to chase them up or phone them.They have always responded in reasonable time and have been courteous at all times. They do seem to be busier recently, so be patient (up to a point)

many thanks Buget flyer, I have sent off my email, but have just noticed that travel republic charge for credit cards, do you think that Easyjet will honour my booking even though if I ws to book with Travel Republic I would pay by switch thus avoiding any extra fees, sorry for so may questions, this is the first time I have tried this offer and also the first time I have done a post on this site.

Hello all, I have been reading this all night and my brain is bursting:rotfl:

Have all the good Barcelona deals ended ?
I am looking for 21st to 24th March. The trouble is, I don't know Barcelona, so I don't know if its a good deal or somewhere out in the stick's.

Could anyone point me in the correct direction, as far as hotel's are concerned. I will be flying into Girona airport (Ryanair) but the hotels in Girona are very expensive, so I was thinking that Barcelona would be a better alternative.
So a three night stay in Barcelona could probably work out a lot cheaper than a three night stay in Girona.

If anyone could help me find a good deal, I would be very grateful. :beer:

I am desperate to find something for Rome around 24 May, I have tried various sights but everything seems to be around the same price as easyjet


Has anybody had any luck for Rome, that can point me in the right direction?

Going to put this on a separate thread, but just to let everyone know:

Ryanair are releasing one million free flights tomorrow - obviously taxs are extra - to celebrate Ireland winning the rugby yesterday.

Will post more if any further info, but their website is incredibly vague at the mo.

Worth waiting until tomorrow to book?!

this site is running a bit slow!

Anyway WOLFHOUND i have found some tasty deals. My friend flew to Girona and got a bus to BCN (1 Hr) and I booked her in a H10 Montcada. Trouble is they want £507 (its a lovely hotel, bubbly on arrival, rooftop jacuzzi) but octopustravel only want £287.25 so after the discount you will have 3 nights for £67ish. No bad eh!! get the claim in quick though
