hope everyone is well, i've been busy helping OH lay a new floor so we can barely move and are cream crackered. It will be finished tomorrow as we're almost there now. then our holiday can start finally.
i'm struggling through the first few days of a diet - really struggling, all i want at the moment is some chocolate and some of that brownie cake mentioned earlier. but i've resorted to eating some cucumber. :( much as i love cucumber it's not doing it really.

LT don't deprive yourself, what about doing the special K diet? (I get Aldi's cereal though, as long as it's low fat you can choose any). The low fat chocolate snack bars are good and I'll have them if I fancy a bit of chocolate. I usually find if I totally deprive myself I fall off the wagon big style! Although I have lost 6lbs now, I measured my waist last night and its 34.5 inches which isn't where I want it to be. So far today had 1 bowl special K, low fat yoghurt (fancied a change), Special K bar and some watermelon.

LT if chocolate will hit the spot and that is what your body needs, put it on a plate and sit down and enjoy it!

Thanks for the update on KK Cheri.
Green bin now emptied yay. I don't mind putting stuff in my compost bin but draw the line at the evil mares tails and bindweed. If the Council can cope with them they are welcome!

Hmm, email today from the chop of penguiness (my long long ago ex and the nice person who lent me £2745 (0%) to pay off a nasty CC - he wants his dosh as pronto as possible) - all £2345 of it. Eek - but is understanding about it but does want it asap

slight problem - hmmm - well knew it would happen!

Need get thinking cap on pronto......off to look in cupboards and under the stairs for small change - gotta start somewhere eh?
