    Stay safe ;)

 I knew we got the dregs of hurricanes a week or so after they leave the US mainland but that sounds as if you are going to get what is still a hurricane. Acording to the Beaufort Scale (DH is a meteorology buff) Hurricane is 73mph or over!.

Although he did get quite excited about this, I don't think he is really likely to ask for B&B so he can experience it. :rotfl:

Forget stones in your pockets, try and find some boulders.

    Take care.
But how can you know what you want till you get what you want and you see if you like it?

    OH no!!! you be careful!!
I hope you are going to tie ropes to the hens legs!! and to Peedie.. I have a vision of him blowing away like the frog in Shrek!!

And as for you Pippi!!! I suggest a rope tied to the back door to anchor you !!

    Hugs xxxx

Looks like it will be staying indoors weather for the next few days then!!! Best to batten down the hatches tomorrow, it could get very nasty up north folks!

Been busy spending today. I knew it would happen and planned for it. I took DS1 out clothes shopping and got him a few things.
Still can't get over how a lad of 6' 1" or so manages to be a size Small! He is all skin and bones...a long streak of misery (well sometimes! ;)). Funny how I have to almost force him to let me spend money on him, whereas DS2 always has ideas of how to spend my money! :rotfl:

Going to have a funny time in the next 12 hours or so. Staying up to watch the Scotland match (KO 2am!!)..then somehow try and manage to watch the England match (KO 9:30 am)...not sure if I will manage this. Just as well the Rugby World Cup happens only every four years!! DS2 and DH are dozing, but I am catching up with things down here, now I can use the table in the conservatory again :j.
They are also off to watch a rugby match tomorrow afternoon in Gloucester, so they need to pace themselves a bit better. I might just doze in my chair for a bit, as I often don't get to bed until 2 or so anyway, though I was trying to break this habit :o Not sure what I'll get done tomorrow, if anything!

Right, now MSE is working again:mad::mad: Luckily I was able to go to my previous page and copy what I had written into a Word document to use later...which I am now doing!

Night, night to those of you sensibly heading for bed....and good luck Scotland to those mad-yins who are staying up! :D

See you all some time later over the weekend.
