I noticed how big the storm system was this morning over you :( hope you catch up on your sleep tonight. The Italian student is going to have a really interesting time compared to somebody in an ordinary little suburban town in Englandshire :)

  • Hey up chaps

Home again, bit bleurghish - got a lot of running about later with dd so I thought, OK, I'm having a half duvet day

Got thesis in mail system, internal off this week, hey ho, not rush here - hope he'll give me the thumbs up when he's back

Banks tight but not unexpected due to wtfc reducing money by £70 pw - keep keep a keen eye on that

Food budget needed topping up wiht stuff for packed lunches for the student girlie (they fed my dd when over there so no issue with that) but meant I needed to top up on that kind of food, which we don't always have in. £32 spent - alot of bargains in that too but did buy some non-stickered stuff which felt very odd

Today stripey storecupboard challenge day 5
Brekkie - cereal etc from home
Teabreak - chocolate brownie from dd yum
Lunch - boiled eggs with Mr F - kids have packed lunches, Ds has £1 for something from school having shunned packed lunch, his money so I don't really care!
Tea - roast dinner with all the trimmings including yorkies as we love our yorkies here

    Hope you're all good

Hello, I'm hanging my head low.....have been spending :( Petrol was about £60!!! Then I also bought some cheap tops and a dress in Asda (but have taken 3 out of 5 items back now, as it's silly spending). DD has also needed a new pair of shoes for school tomorrow as she put her current ones on and they were way too small. Got her measured and she's size 13 1/2!!! She's only 6 fgs......I have a gazelle on my hands, she's so tall and has big hooves too.

I'm back in the office tomorrow and have a spreadsheet on my puter so will input my receipts and see how bad it is. Hopefully as I've cancelled my car repairs, I have £144 more than I thought for the month, so I shouldn't be anywhere near that....fingers crossed!

I've just pulled some nettles out that were about 6 1/2 ft high, maybe even higher!! and a few more other weeds, having light in the garden is making me feel guilty about the state of it all, maybe because i can now see out there lol

Yay to thesis :T :grouphug: to bleurghiness. Hmm read yorkies as the chocolate bar, that would be a bit of a strange dinner :o
