Blitz on Disabled Parking Cheats by Supermarkets

Goodness me, that's the most pathetic post I've read on here in quite some time. And the pride with which you admit to keeping a child seat on display in order to park in spaces reserved for parents with young children and lying 'the child is in the store' if challenged. At least fifty years old and behaving in such a manner.
What a pitiful individual you must be. Quite the role-model...
Not as pitiful* as a parent who thinks a child is a disability.
* Note I say 'not as pitiful' not that they are 'not pitiful'.0 -

I can park, get to the Cafe, have a coffee whilst the wife does the shopping. You see, it makes me feel part of society still. I object to wholesale dishing out of the items. I believe all medical benefits and tied schemes need reappraising. Medical science has improved. Treatments has improved. Medications and aids have improved.
C_Mababejive, as for 4x4, I have one, I have a great big Range Rover, a nice big Supercharged one. I got it through working 80+ hours a week, employing dozens and dozens of people. I became disabled due to an accident where a delivery driver allowed something to fall off the lorry. I love the disabled bays. nice and big. I love the looks I get off people in their motability cars or the old folk who think I have brought it (the badge I mean), now I have had my insurance payout I can drive that car as it was garaged for three years. I still have my motability car as it is adapted. Should I give it back? I think not.

What you are doing is fraud, but maybe thats why youre an ex policeman, probs a bent one0 -
I often find there are no disabled spaces because of selfish individuals, who are 'just popping into the shop' can't be bothered to walk a few extra steps! How would they like my disability?????? Maybe this new scheme will make people think of others more?
do what i do , get some sheets of paper with a sticky back for your printer. print out lots of stickers advising how ignorant and pathetic they are for abusing the spaces, keep them in the car for happy sticking on windscreens.
Or, do what i did last week i blocked a car in whom was using a disabled space did my shopping. my car reg came over the tannoy to go to cust service desk. the car owner was displeased, so i advised yes i would happily move my vehicle once i had done my shopping and had a bite to eat in the cafe. The car driver make abusive so i smiled back to wind him up. The store threw the car driver out the store and police were called. Ok they made me move my car but it was priceless watching the other driver rant. Perhaps he may of even learnt a lesson
I will certainly block cars in again.0 -
