I didn't get to bed till midnight LT. Been up early, working long hours and working late. My boss is off, the narky one is off (though still emailing me!!! so had logged on and emailed him back saying its in hand and person x is helping me. Person x being more senior than the narky one), answering work email at 10:30 but got to be done.

Can't stay on too long as need to get some sleep as really tired and quite snappy.

Ok, this is the quickest way of updating I can think of:-

    1) Egg/BC added interest, so 42p paid and that's the account at completely zero. Will call them to close the account.
    2) The supermarket are giving me compensation for the glass in my pastries (the supermarket 'lost' the items, luckily i kept pictures!), so will put that towards my car insurance which is due in a few weeks.
    3) Could have killed OH, he didn't leave enough money in his account to cover bills (he thinks if he shifts every single penny to his cc it'll get paid off quicker. Except his catalogue took their dd early when he didn't have anything in his account (well not enough), which means bank charges and he won't chase it!!!!! So I had to go put money into his account today. Had to use the money I'd put aside for the hairdressers for next week.
    4) I'm just ignoring SS, I find my blood pressure stays even then!
    5) My eczema is driving me mad
    6) Done a little tarot this week
    7) Puppies now up on their legs and as cute as can be (will have pics on sat)
    8) Cutting down portion sizes for dinner, my trousers are a little looser and swapped having a big bar of chocolate for a handful of marshmallows and fruit.
    9) my project at work should ease off soon.........I miss you guys

right..... I'm off to bed, hope everyone is well.

He'll pay me back on friday when he gets paid but its not the point. Worse than that he's been told there's going to be lay-offs at his work. He'll find out next week whether he's affected. Why can't we get a break? :(

A very small payment towards debt today, 50p off 'tax'.

We miss you too. General big hug as it sounds like you need it (and some tlc!). You're right - it's not the point, but then he doesn't need to worry about any of this while you're there to pull everyone out of trouble, does he?

Opinion from a random stranger? *dons kevlar underpants* - there are loads of breaks around, but your menfolk don't seem to want to take them, or make them (as exampled by the bank charges point). Appreciate that we only see one side of your life through the diary, but the one who seems to really deserve a break is you - so I sort of wonder (don't hate me for asking), who takes care of you, while you're having to take care of everyone else?

Thanks Nora, I was wondering that too. OH did apologise for his behaviour last few days and gave me big hug and made me a cuppa and some dinner when I got home. I know he's worried about his job but so am I. SS at it again, I think he thought I was in bed and he brought a bowl of chilli covered in ketchup upstairs to eat (I have cream carpets upstairs). He knows the rules but just kept saying he knew so why was I going on about it. If he knew the rules why do it unless he's trying to wind OH and I up? Texted OH he can deal with him.

roll on the day that SS leaves your house! for your marriage and your sanity if for no other reason. Maybe you should introduce SS to the concept of a deposit as he's living with you to cover potential damage to carpets and other things where he ignores the reasonable rules of the house. Get him ready for when he leaves you.

Tried that one LT and he just laughed so told him when he does leave he's still got one month's digs to pay.
