Right this not funny. Been to interview and got nail in my tyre, have limped the car to nearest garage.

Hya Unix, hope you have dried out now. Big hugs from me too...how did the interview go?

I'm afraid I agree with chev re your OH...he is really bringing you down when you have more than enough cr*p happening to you already. He should be supporting you and cheering you up...and helping with saving money. Think I've said it before, you need to tell him and his DS to sling their hooks. You deserve so much more than these p-i-t ar*es!!

    ((((((Lots of Hugs)))))) xxx

I'm home and slightly bowled over by kindness at the garage. It tunred out my tyre could be repaired, the manager (I was a soaked and wailing mess when I arrived) took pity on me and said "no charge, and I hope you get the job" i was speechless and nearly in tears. Wasn't that nice?

Made something to eat when I finally got home. I'm sitting painting my nails to cheer myself up (sad I know). Supposed to be going to see an old work colleague tonight and really can't be bothered, can't really cancel as I've cancelled on her a few times over the last few months. SS is trying (at least doing dishes, washing, hanging up washing and put it away etc) which is better than before. I think my SIL has had a few words with him.

As for OH, he knows he's in the doghouse.

See, there are some nice people in the world!!! Hope you get one of these jobs...any preference, or is that tempting fate??

Enjoy the rest of the day...and the weekend. You will probably enjoy your evening out tonight...it's just making the effort to get there. Go on, enjoy yourself!! ;):D

waiting on my nails drying, I've smudged it a little but it's not noticeable. Will post a pic once they're dry.

I couldn't believe the garage, I had to ask him twice if he was sure.

I wouldn't mind either job tbh, the one the other day is temp but more money, the one today is perm but slightly less.

    Either would be fantastic Keiss.

    I painted my nails yesterday:

OH gave me £150 yesterday, that is £63 he'd borrowed off me during the week and the rest to put towards bills. He also bought me a necklace I'd seen today as a sorry. Sounds bad but although I like the necklace him helping out with bills and supporting me was all I was asking. Will pay the cash in on monday along with a cheque for £10 I got from share scheme from previous work.

I have a dilemma, a chap I went out with (3 dates before it fizzled out as he was quite strange) 7 years ago is very high up in company I went for interview at. This is well before I met OH, no feelings there at all and I look very different now but is it wise? I do need a job soon, couldn't believe it when I realised who it was I'd seen, not sure he recognised me (different hair colour/style, much heavier and my name is slightly different). Help!
