Why? I assume it's just 'Graham White' which isn't a real solicitor firm, it's Roxburghe pretending!

I know you are worried but read some other threads, there's so much info about private parking companies (PPCs). Ignore their bogus 'tickets' and laugh at and file away the 'scary letters'.

See the important top thread 'PPC letters' for pics of the debt collector/solicitor letter-chains and go to the thread called 'Welcome, please read before posting' for the must-see Watchdog paper aeroplane youtube link:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...play.php?f=163

Most of us here have ignored these fake PCNs, whether from a supermarket or McDonalds car parks or where-ever.

HTH now do some reading of the threads on that link, starting with 'PPC letters' and 'welcome...etc.' with the Watchdog link. :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • All they can do is threaten because their silly charges have no legal validity. I love gettting silly threatening letters from Private Parking Contractors and their debt hounds and get disappointed when they give up. It is a scam preying on people's gullability.
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!
  • just as an update.
i have receivevd a letter saying that i owe 78. from gpb...same letter and everything
is there any advice other than ignore?

    1) Ignore
    2) Please send me a crate of beer :)
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

When people say 'ignore' we don't mean ignore the advice on here [which is what most posters seem to do].
