Had my Sainsbugs delivery earlier and a bit miffed as I didn't get my baby wipes/baby bath or nappies that are on offer  I really find it hard to believe that they had none left of all of them...think that will be the last delivery from them for a while as they are always out of stuff and don't do price match so put in any old expensive substitute, like my pull ups that were on offer for £1.50 and they sent me huggies with less in for £5.49  needless to say I rejected those, good job I stil have some in though...anway rant over
I also made the mistake of ordering some stuff for the 'feed your family for £50 and seem to have lots of 'bready' items and no room in the freezer grrrr annoyed at myself, but hopefully as we use stuff I can get it in there in the next couple of days before the date runs out...
Will update my sig later when I have worked out my total spend so far in my 'July' GC
Regarding my dh and spending money, I budget for him to have an 'allowance' and for me too and then as he may spend it I update my spreadsheet and let him know if he has any left etc.(he is actually very good and doesn't really spend money)
Hope everyone is having a nice eveningStarting with Avon C6 target sales £150.000 -
NSD today.
Bit annoyed I bought a 4 pack of wipes at Mr S yesterday when the event started today:mad: I didn't realise there was one on, I could easily have waited until later to get them. I need to get dog food this weekend so will stock up on more wipes and smellies for DS then.
Gammon and eggs for DH and DBIL tonight, veggie alternative for me. Pasta and GB for tomorrow:)
Will get DH to get some value cocoa and hair dye (perfect 10 on offer) from the Mr T next door to his work tomorrow.Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%

I really hope however that July will be even better as we have hardly any spending money saved for our first week abroad in many years!

Hi All
I have now spent my entire budget for June and more - I am over spent by £15.70. The main reason is that I have been totally disorganised over the past month for various reasons and a few takeaways have crept in.
Please put me down for £120 for July please. This should be doable as I am away holiday for the first week and a half of July.0 -
nsd today, yet another day stuck inside and i now have 2 sicky kids
my mouth feels better tho, and teas already prepared just needs to go in the oven
Can i have £175 for july please.
we should come way under that really since we have loads in and there will be less stips to town next month anyway, however there will be a few beach trips so don't wnat to set an unrealistic targetDEC GC £463.67/£450

Welcome to the GCthe July thread will be up on the 28th June or thereabouts, Pink or Zippy will post on here to let us know when it up.
If you post your budget in red, it will be easier for MrsMCawber to see and she'll add you to the front page list (I find it easiest to Edit, go Advanced, highlight your text, choose red from the drop down menu - the big A); if you cant understand my instructions let me know - I think it's as clear as mud, sorry... don't throw the string away. You always need string!
