    Stop paying the ISP and the problem goes away


    (apart from the cache of saved internet files, but there's an option in Control Panel or similar to delete them....)

    While everyone has been mulling over the technical solutions to stamping out internet !!!!!!, the OP's son has just turned 43 years old, divorced twice, but now happily married with four children, etc..
