The email with the £20 voucher details comes from LoveFilm. As someone said previously, as soon as you get the email, add the balance to your Amazon account immediately so you don't forget/lose the code when you need it.0

Does anyone know, if you have discs you've reported missing and you cancel the account, will they continue to charge you monthly until you receive the P91 form you have to have to report the disks missing? I just cancelled the account, and it stated that they will charge you until all disks are back. And of course I never got the disks so I can't return them, and I've never gotten the form I need to send, either. Was told that can take 2 months (which makes zero sense, and also means Lovefilm probably never even file a claim with the post office, so that you can't get the form and end up having to pay for the disks at some point).0

Just now cancelled mine on the phone, guy was helpful, did try convince me to go down a package, from 3 discs to 2 but i said firmly no and he cancelled it, but did say the account is still there if i change my mind. think i may just cancel my card details just in case.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

If you figure out how to cancel the card details, let me know. I tried, and all it would let you do was change them -- meaning add different ones, not alter the old ones. And will it let you log back in after you've cancelled?0 -

I did it online just after midnight, don't know if it works at 11.0 -
It took a few hours (contrary to what I was told on the phone) but my scenario matches your 100% and finally my account was cancelled and I got my voucher.0

Just cancelled my account online.
Tried at 11pm as well, but it told me to phone so I waited till midnight and I cancelled it online.
Sending my discs back tomorrow and getting proof of postage. So hopefully I will get my voucher soon.0 -

My discs were confirmed as received yesterday, and upon logging on just now, it shows my account as inactive, and no payment due, so everything seems to have worked fine with me.0
