I signed up May 6th (I think) and still no voucher, have emailed them several times and they just say they are passing it on to their awards dept, shall see what they say to the latest email I have sent them. They sent me a 2monthfor1 voucher today in the post but still no Amazon voucher in my email box so no deal!

I emailed them earlier, have just had a response saying it was emailed to me on the 22nd. I never got anything...maybe it went into my spam box.
They included the voucher number in the email anyway, so I have it now!

I took out the free £15 voucher with one months free trial from AMAZON (I took this out just before the £20 voucher deal started .... oh well!)

Anyway, i chose the 3 Disc package and i was pretty impressed! Although the voucher took a week or two to be emailed it worked fine and i got some goodies from amazon... quite happy with that!

If anyone is a bit apprehensive, from my first experience with Lovefilm i'd say that they're pretty good. All discs except one were fine and they were shown as sent and received after posting them quite quickly.

Canceling was a bit of a slow process though. I had to wait for a call-back from them in order to cancel, once they finally rang (about 4 hours later) the process was quite quick and speedy. JUST ONE TIP THOUGH... TRY TO SEND BACK YOUR LAST DISCS A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE END OF YOUR FREE TRIAL THAT WAY YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH A CHARGE TO YOUR CARD.

Overall, thought the service was quite good although i'm now absolutely sick of movies, tv series, etc!! :P

i got a letter from amazon suggesting this offer. No where in the letter do you need ten dvds- on the site it says"it makes it easier for us"or somthing similiar. All it says for me is once my first disc is sent i will get my voucher.

Hi all, Just thought I'd report back on my experience of this offer. First dvd arrived, I watched about an hour of it, then the bl00dy thing jumped back to the beginning and no amount of rubbing, polishing, and shining was gonna fix it. So not v. happy. sends dvd back (proof of postage just in case), deletes all other titles from list. waits til 00:15 to cancel online and would you know it £20 amazon voucher in mailbox the very next day. Kinda makes up for my wasted hour.

why wait til midnight to cancel?

Edit: i sent my dvd back today and emailed them . They replied that i should get a proof of postage, but they didnt tell me this when i sent it back, nor does it say that on the packaging. They should make this clear. Now im worried theyll deny getting it.

I waited til midnight because to cancel any earlier would mean i'd have to speak to someone and i couldnt be bothered.

On the website it does say to get proof of postage.

I signed up to this from a leaflet sent with my amazon order...
It said that as soon as I sent my first disc back, they'd email me the voucher straight away.
"Yeah right.", I thought.
I sent the dvd back, and the next day they emailed my voucher.

Very happy.

I've not had any vouchers and signed up June 14th and have had and returned three discs. Customer help via email says offer was £20 m&s vouchers when my first payment goes out- does anyone have the cache of the offer? They are doing my mind in with rubbish and wrong responses!
