Free £20 Amazon voucher with one month free trial at Lovefilm

I signed up around 6th May, mine was a 45 day trial & £15 Amazon voucher, I then got offered 2 for 1 if I carried on for another 60 days (so one payment for the whole of 2 months). I called to ask about amazon voucher, was told to email [EMAIL="support@lovefilm.com"]support@lovefilm.com[/EMAIL] but this comes back undelivered. No voucher has appeared yet even though I carried on after my free trial???

right, just spoke to them, it's down as a M&S voucher, sent after 30 days from the last day of the free trial.

so I cancelled and told them their site was shoddy and I was conned and if they meant M&S why did they email to confirm Amazon? (in a grump, I wanted the amazon voucher and was planning to keep the subscription).

you win some, you lose some, I shall chalk it up to experience and tell all and sundry how rubbish they were when 'things went wrong'. :mad:

How do i see if they have the disk. On "my account" it says

but it says this underneath:
Cancellation pending: Your subscription will be cancelled once we receive all your discs back. Please click here if you wish to reverse your cancellation.

edit: I says under my rental bit "no disks at home". i only sent it back last night so assumed they wouldnt get it but if im right , they have. Should i now call and get it cancelled. I did email and they said it would, but the note above sounds like they havnt got it.

Just checking ... I am in the process of signing up to this, but it says

Your credit card will be charged for the full amount, depending on the package you choose, as soon as registration is complete.

Is that normal? I want my free trial before they take any money.

I have just signed up and received my 2 discs, how do they send the voucher is it by email?

When i got my £15 voucher i sold it on eBay for £15 You will be suprised at the amount of people who buy them for full price.

Brilliant deal!! For those of you giving up hope - I signed up to the 3 disc 30 day free trial at the end of May and cancelled about 2 weeks ago.

My £20 Amazon voucher finally arrived tonight (emailed to my normal inbox) :j:j

I did email customer service last week (as I thought - nothing to lose) and they said they would forward my details on to the promo department. Not sure if this is a coincidence or whether my voucher just took 6 weeks to arrive

I have had 2 discs, emptied my rental list and when they acknowledge the returns I will cancel and see if voucher turns up.
