I clicked link on this thread and registered.

Just recieved email from them saying i used £15 code. Oh well neva mind.

I joined up on last Friday for the £20 voucher. Didn't get my first movies until Tuesday, but the Voucher was sent to my email on Monday. Now used

I'd recommend when people join, use one of the unlimited options, not '2-3 dvds max in a month' etc.. just incase they are slow to send out your voucher.

I still don't have my code yet. Signed up on the 14th and got 3 dvds, sent them all back and they were received today but my account still says cancellation pending.

Same here.

I wrote and asked when I would receive the voucher and they wrote back to say sorry, but as a previous customer I wouldn't be eligible. I thought ok, that's fair enough. Imagine my surprise when I saw an e-mail from them today with a £20 Amazon voucher code! Thankyou Lovefilm.

Same has happened to me - was told not eligible as previous customer (not actually when signing up though, only when I emailed regarding something else!), cancelled the account, then a few days later got an email with the £20 amazon voucher which has been spent, items arrived fine

Signed up a month ago via promotional email from amazon, received voucher code shortly after receiving first delivery of discs, cleared my title list a week before expiry, returned discs and cancelled without any problem :j

I didn't cancel, I wonder if that has anything to do with it?
