I hope you are aiming that at the customer behaviour rather than the poster, otherwise grow up and go to bed or your mum will be cross

All depends what your after. Its all entry level discounts at the moment (upto 30%) but the majority is 20% off. But obviously the more wanted stuff is likely to go so the big discounts will be on the "Cack" that's left towards the end.

What a nice person you are - someone's about to lose their job and you call them a prat!
I think there are far stronger words for what you are unless of course you are referring to the person doing the assaulting!

Many thanks for sharing the info :-)
Do you know if there is any strategy to the increases in discounts from the current 20%?

From here on in its a store by store basis, what they have, what's selling, what's not etc etc. Plus depending on dates of closure which no stores have yet. As central warehouse still has stock then it will still be a few weeks.

Why would customers be assaulting the staff with only 20% discounts ???
Absolutely crazy world, I mean if it was 90% off I'd understand a bit of a scramble!!!!
    Hope you find another job

when virgin shut down here i went in for a mooch and had a chat to one of the assistants (like you do) who told me that people had been threatening them and being abusive, none of them had got others jobs and i felt really sorry for them. exactly the same when borders closed - my poor friend went in everyday knowing that he might not get paid his wages or his redundancy. I've got no idea why people feel the need to do this

On my local news it said that the owner of Range was looking at buying at least 15 stores. They are sorting details and Will be announced next week. Think this will be in the southwest but hopefully good news for staff etc.

Market Harborough store hasn't been bought as yet - The Range would be great! Here's hoping!
