we got a heads up that there'll be a sale starting at our local focus (lincoln) on thursday 26th!

i imagine they'll all have a sale on tho

    Afternoon all,

    Sorry if this is on here else where but I did say I would let you know. We have been told the stock liquidation starts in ALL STORES on Thursday 26/05/11.

    From what I can gather its only 10% off everything to start with but all discount cards have now been scrapped.

    I will try to keep you up to date to as and when the discounts change.

    You'd think if they were trying to get rid of all the stock they'd knock off more than 10%, after all they're not that cheap to begin with.
    I need a new back door and some colour stain but think i'll wait and see if they reduce them a bit more.

    I'm confused... the post earlier stated Thursday 27th (27th is Friday) https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3250936

    This post says Thursday 24th, but the 24th is today. So when does the sell actually start?

    But the creditors will be trying to get as much money as they can from the company so they will only bring it in in phases just like woolworths did.

    I posted the same on the other thread which say's Thursday 24th. But today is 24th & Thursday is 26th!
