In the Fishponds one the price of the paint had increased from the previous week so even with the current discount it was still cheaper a week before lol!The E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0

I have had to visit various focus,s in my job for a few years now and they have always been very quiet on the customer front. Guess what, I went in yesterday (sudbury) and it was heaving, ( its a shame all those customers have been staying at home in the past) but I had a quick look and decided at 20% off there was still nothing worth buying
Plants 10%
Almost everything else 20%. I actually walked in needing something and walked out with nothing.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
Thought I would have a look as I need a few bits and pieces, and paint for decorating, but found still expensive with 20% off. In fact, a desk I bought my son a month ago was more expensive with the 20% off than we paid!!! Left empty handed.0

Hi, I agree bout the stock still being too expensive just now, but did manage to get a patio heater for £95 in the Inverness store. The cheapest we had seen was £100 on Amazon, so this was a bargain for me. Gonna wait now to see if things get reduced further.0

Hm, yes, same here regarding prices. 20% off doesn't really cut the mustard for products which have historically been quite expensive anyway. However, our local was heaving with few staff to help. If you happened to be in the market for a lawnmower, then it's worth a visit. However, you'd have to look hard to get a real bargain - although folk had already snapped-up the power tools. (Madness, as branded power tool stuff is always 30%+ cheaper on reputable online sites anyway). Still, I guess it filled an hour or too for those with nothing else to do.0

I went in again today, i have been wanting a tall lamp for my lounge, but even with the 25% discount they are too expensive! Was hoping they'd have knocked a bit more off
Anyway, someone posted a grabbit on here today for a tall lamp from sainsburys, reduced to £10, so i have snapped that up, so thats me happy!:starmod: May all your wishes come true! :starmod:0 -
Our store was heaving too, though no further discounts have been applied. Most of the emulsion that was half price has gone, otherwise there was nothing exciting on offer.0

Spoke to a store assistant yesterday, tomorrow (Tuesday) is the next big reduction day...gets the Bank Holiday lot out of the way first I suppose..."...IT'S FRUITY!"0
