I went to get a meal deal today, and the signs had gone, I asked at CS , saying i had seen this weeks offers on Mr T website and was told they have a global problem at head office and they have taken signs down until further notice.
the CS lady said had been like this since Friday
"Aunty C McB-Wik"
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO, What a Ride!"

Dear The Big Mr T .....I know you are reading, and I have someting useful for you to do
Go and get a new recipe for your DISGUSTING Finest Lasagna, it's absolutely terrible. Not a patch on the M&S Low fat one.
I hope the Tarte au Citron is going to be better than that yuk I just ate.0 -
You're on the wrong forum mate. This is moneysavingexpert.com not wearemugs.com
If you like stuff cheap, for nought, loopholes, advice and chat - this is the place to be.
If you are a mug and like people playing jokes on you - there's plenty of sites out there.
Yes, of course I like deals and loopholes but I seem to be repeating myself here.
The loophole only works IF THE RTD VOUCHER IS GENERATED and people here are saying they are not getting them.
Otherwise you are getting the same deal as anyone in the street who doesn't read MSE i.e. nothing special about it and definately no money saving.0 -
no need to be rude Blobby. It's an honest question. If Tesco say 'sorry, meal deals aren't included' we cannot demand RTD vouchers.
Despite what the website says, I'm still waiting for my £11-odd voucher and what do you suggest I (and others) do if they don't arrive?
I suggest you do like everyone else & wait.
If you read through this thread there are several people posting possible ways for Mr T to wriggle, personally I think they should keep their theorizing to themselves.
Lots of effort and considerable brain power has gone into developing strategies for obtaining value from promos, I for one am very grateful, and more than what has been posted has crossed my mind, however if I play cards for money I tend not to show my hand.0 -

meal deals aren't included as "deals" that means they still compare the items but all separately!
I guess they just wanted to make sure that we don't exploit asda's deals but it turned out they made a mistake with theirs
if they don't arrive you can't do anything really... try resubmitting with slightly different details but if it doesn't work you'll just have to write it off(and go buy another 3,6,9 meals to make up for it :rotfl:)
so if you can't afford to risk 10GBP don't buy...0 -

Every time I have requested a DTD or more recently D voucher, I've received them. Only ones from last few days haven't come yet. I have no reason to disbelieve I won't receive them.
If I don't (and they do the dirty, which I don't believe they will) I have a number of vouchers from 'untrained' staff that will be used to the exact penny, they owe me. If they do the right thing, the surplus returned receipts will end in the bin, like all my others.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
Good evening all! I purchased 2 meal deals saturday, got the voucher through within 24 hours. Purchased 2 sunday, got the vouchers through Monday. Yesterdays voucher I am still waiting for. So after tea (rosemary potatoes, chicken with wiltshire ham and cheese, beetroot, and strawberry shortcake slices) I went on the pricecheck website, put the details in again, it said "we are processing..." pressed the back arrow, then the forward arrow, and the voucher was waiting to be printed. :-)
