    Sadly you stand absolutely no where. You can return the wine etc but not the food - which would mean by the time the offer was taken into account, you'd be out of pocket.

    If you have rebumitted using a different time etc. then that is your best way forward. I'm waiting one from Friday - I'm in a similar situation as you.

    I am also waiting for one from Friday had my vouchers back from Saturday and Sundays meal deals but not Friday.I have tried different email address,back button etc i even changed the time but still no voucher.It seams to be an issue with some of Fridays vouchers.

    I got my Friday voucher, I forgot to submit Saturday's receipt so didn't do it until Sunday and haven't had that voucher through yet, I've also not had yesterdays voucher through yet. I've tried all the usual ways - different email address, changed time and tried with google chrome but still no luck. I take it yesterdays vouchers aren't in for anyone yet?

    got the same for fridays from a receipt i found dd is still waiting
    I am wondering if people that are waiting for vouchers submitted them in the evening since thats when we put ours in, my two vouchers arrived on saturday for the ones i put in earlier on friday

    Just tried resubmitting as the email requested, only to receive the same email saying no results found 5 minutes later..have now resubmitted using different email and changed the 24 hour clock time to a 12 hour one. Not holding out much hope now. Mine were submitted about 5.30pm Fri.
    Please God, help me stop spending!

    Just had a read of the MSE newsletter and there's no mention of the meal deal, great news! this glitch may last a bit longer now :)

    Can I just check what the deal is with changing the time on the receipt? I've not heard of that one before.

    same here something is strange will change clock and see what happens
